Shipping policy

Thank you for considering a purchase from our trade site.

 

For International orders and orders out with the UK Mainland we will require to calculate your shipping cost. This cost will be advised to you by email and if accepted the value will be added to your order.

For General orders, we will do our best to get your orders despatched quickly, but lead times can increase during busy periods. from 7 working days to 15.

We will try to improve on that where possible.

We strive to ensure items are produced, designed, packaged and delivered well but in some unfortunate cases faults and damages may occur. If on receiving delivery you find any items are damaged or there are discrepancies you must notify us in writing or email at

orders@nutscene.com 

  • We also require photographs of any damage or quality concern, to be eligible for a replacement, credit or discount.
  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check the goods within a reasonable timescale. The sales office will advise whether to return the faulty merchandise or to dispose of it.
  • We do not offer a sale-or-return basis so returns will not be accepted if there is no discrepancy, but the Customer no longer requires the goods.

Refunds

  • We do not offer cash or credit/debit card refunds. If it has been agreed that you will be credited/refunded for a product or order, this amount will be placed on your wholesale account to use towards future orders.

  • Carriage Paid- UK Mainland £250.00 Net
  • Carriage Charge £18.00 net
  • We currently sell to over 23 countries. 
  • All palletised deliveries will be made on UK Standard or EU HT wooden pallets, a
  • All deliveries must be signed for.
  • All shortages /damages- delivery lines from Carriers MUST be endorsed accordingly, failure to do so will result in NO credit/replacement goods.
  • If goods are required to be booked in for delivery, please advise this when the order is placed.
  • We currently work with the following shipping companies, The Pallet Network, Fedex, DHL , Europa Transport & Davis Turner.
